How to build up an effective team?

Becoming a new leader of the team brings us usually in a situation where the team already consists of previous members. During the exchange of team leaders there are new expectations and arrangements to set in, which could not be acceptable for all the members. Sometimes the new team leader has to make a difficult choice about cooperation with certain team members. Afterwards the biggest challenge will be to recruit a person with proper characteristics in order to fit the team and be most useful for the organization.

Many team leaders are not capable of taking these steps on appropriate time and as a result the team members could not cooperate as they are expected to. This effects the whole organization because of the inefficient results of the problematic team.

The course is made for team leaders who wish to make an action plan on how to form a cooperative team or how to recruit new members to the team.
